Typically used for bypassing, switching between process lines or filter changes whilst the system is running.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>AMP3T (T-ball):<\/strong>\u00a0Mixing or distribution function \u2013 two or all three connections are connected simultaneously. Ideal for collection, distribution and mixing applications in chemical processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>AMP3 with conductive PFA (PFA-L) for ATEX applications<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For use in potentially explosive atmospheres, Fergo supplies the AMP3 optionally with an electrically conductive PFA lining (PFA-L) in combination with a conductive PTFE seat. The conductive lining prevents the valve from becoming electrostatically charged and enables the charge to be safely dissipated \u2013 a fundamental requirement for operation in ATEX zones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The PFA-conductive versions of the AMP3L and AMP3T are available in nominal diameters DN25, DN50, DN80 and DN100. All other technical data \u2013 pressure rating, temperature range, materials \u2013 correspond to the standard version.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Materials, certificates and automation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The AMP3 has TA-Luft approval in accordance with\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.valvias.com\/dimensions-valve-face-to-face-en-558-1.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">VDI 2440<\/a>\u00a0and is therefore suitable for emission-critical processes. The ball valve can be directly automated via the ISO 5211 mounting flange \u2013 optionally with a pneumatic or electric rotary actuator, or with a worm gear and handwheel.
