What is a custom solution?
A custom solution is a valve that is developed and manufactured specifically for your requirements — when standard products are not sufficient because the medium, pressure, temperature, material or space constraints impose special requirements.
Duplex, Super Duplex, Hastelloy C-276, Inconel 625, Titanium Gr. 2 — for highly corrosive media and extreme temperatures.
DN8 to DN2000 and beyond — all flange standards DIN, ANSI, JIS. Intermediate sizes and transition pieces also available on request.
High-pressure systems up to PN 630 and beyond — AD2000, ASME. Safety-critical applications with complete documentation.

Our strength lies in the combination of technical flexibility and many years of experience. With over 5,000 delivered projects, we have the know-how to implement even complex requirements efficiently — from trunnion ball valves for high pressure to jacketed versions for the food industry.
For an offshore application with a permanently salty atmosphere, a ball valve made of duplex stainless steel F51 was manufactured to customer specifications. The material selection ensures significantly higher
corrosion resistance than stainless steels such as V2A or V4A.
Stainless steel stem extension, manufactured to a customer-specified length, for metal-seated ball valves in various sizes. Due to the high media temperatures in operation, an extended version was required to ensure safe operation and reliable thermal separation.
Ball valves for a customer project with special coating requirements for demanding environmental and temperature applications. The coating was applied in accordance with EN ISO 12944, C4 and implemented in two system variants (up to 120°C and up to 220°C) depending on the application. This ensures reliable corrosion protection and a long service life under difficult operating conditions.
Ball valve with heating jacket, operated via pneumatic actuator and pilot valve. The connection of the heating jacket was specially manufactured according to customer specifications. The application is in the food industry for a medium that solidifies at low temperatures. Heating in the valve area keeps the medium liquid and ensures safe, consistent flow.

High-performance double-offset butterfly valve with positioner, limit switch box and filter pressure regulator. By using a Doppler, the integration of the limit switch box and positioner was implemented optimally. Stainless steel tubing is carried out in-house and executed by experienced technicians precisely, robustly and in an operator-friendly manner.
Metal-seated, double-offset butterfly valve with temperature extension. This version is used when media temperatures exceed 230°C — a typical application for metal-seated high-performance butterfly valves.
Butterfly valve DN700 in lug design with EPDM seat, driven by an electric AUMA actuator and 4–20 mA positioner. Used in water treatment plants for easy control via the position of the Disc. Large sizes are also no problem for us — we offer short delivery times and reliable project execution.

Limited installation space often requires more than a standard solution. This pneumatically operated rectangular slide gate valve was developed specifically for a reduced overall height and precisely adapted to the customer’s installation situation.
