Flowserve Atomac AKH2 Ball Valve
The FLOWSERVE ATOMAC AKH is a two-piece lined (e.g. PFA) ball valve with full bore, offers high safety factors, stability, rigidity and eliminates a potential leakage path. The full bore design minimizes pressure losses and increases flow capacities, thereby reducing energy and pumping costs.
The floating ball design guarantees bubble-tight shutoff across the entire pressure range. The floating mounting reduces stem load and increases the effectiveness and service life of the stem seal. A true blowout-proof stem design offers increased safety. Every FLOWSERVE ATOMAC AKH2 lined ball valve is equipped with an antistatic device that protects against potentially hazardous electrostatic discharges. Durable and optimally dimensioned seat rings, large stem sealing area as well as the lined center flanges with large sealing surfaces ensure trouble-free operation without leaks and minimize downtime and maintenance.
The design with a mounting flange to DIN EN ISO 5211 standardizes the installation of pneumatic, electric or hydraulic actuators. The lining material can be selected from a wide range including FEP, PFA, Tefzel, PP, PVDF as well as conductive PFA. Also available with V-port ball for precise control modulation or with C-ball.
