Gestra Steam Trap – MK Series
Features of the MK series:
- High response sensitivity
- Operation independent of back pressure
- Automatic air venting
- Any installation position
- High hot-water flow rates even at low differential pressures
- Tandem shut-off for small condensate volumes
- Integrated non-return protection
- Internal parts made of corrosion-resistant stainless steels
- U control diaphragm for utilising condensate heat through backing up in the heating surface
- Integrated steam trap monitoring for MK45 optionally available
MK45-1 and MK35/31 with tandem shut-off (double seal): For small condensate volumes, trace heating, steam line drainage, can be used as a steam air vent.
MK45-2 and MK35/32 with flat-seated shut-off: For larger condensate volumes, trace heating, equipment drainage, can be used as a steam air vent.
MK25/2, MK25/2S, MK35/2 and MK35/2S3 with flat-seated shut-off: For large condensate volumes, equipment drainage, can be used as a steam air vent.
MK36/51 and MK36/52 with tandem shut-off (double seal): For small and large condensate volumes, trace heating, steam line drainage, can be used as a steam inlet and air vent. Also suitable for use in the biotech, pharmaceutical and food industries.
MK45A-1 and MK45A-2: For small and large condensate volumes, trace heating, steam line drainage, can be used as a steam air vent.
