Electric Ball Valves 24V – 230V – 240V
Electric ball valves with 24V, 230V and 240V actuators are suitable for reliable control of liquids and gases in industrial systems. The ball valves are available in sizes from 1/4″ to 4″. The body, ball and threaded ends are made of stainless steel CF8M (1.4408). This material offers high corrosion resistance and a long service life.
The ball seat is made of TFM 1600. It offers high resistance to many chemical media and provides reliable sealing. The three-piece design makes maintenance, cleaning and replacement easier. The full bore helps reduce pressure loss in the pipeline.
The ball valves are designed for temperatures from −29 °C to +175 °C and a maximum operating pressure of 63 bar. The direct mounting interface according to ISO 5211 allows easy installation of electric actuators. Accessories such as limit switch boxes, solenoid valves and positioners extend the range of applications.
Pneumatic Ball Valves
Pneumatic ball valves are suitable for controlling liquid and gas flows in industrial systems. These versions are also available in sizes from 1/4″ to 4″. The body, ball and threaded ends are made of stainless steel CF8M (1.4408). The TFM 1600 ball seat provides high chemical resistance and reliable sealing.
The three-piece body makes maintenance and cleaning easier. The full bore keeps pressure loss low. The ball valves are designed for temperatures from −29 °C to +175 °C and a maximum operating pressure of 63 bar.
The direct mounting interface according to ISO 5211 allows pneumatic actuators to be installed without additional mounting components. Depending on the version, single-acting actuators with spring-to-open or spring-to-close function are available.
Versions with TA-Luft, ATEX Ex II 2 GD c T3 and SIL according to IEC 61508-1/2/4-7:2010 and IEC 61511-1:2016 are available for demanding applications. Accessories such as limit switch boxes, solenoid valves and positioners allow the valve to be configured for the application.
