FLOWSERVE ATOMAC AKH2A Ball Valve
The Flowserve Atomac AKH2A is a PFA-lined ball valve conforming to ASME/ANSI Standard. The face-to-face dimension of the AKH2A ball valve complies with ASME B16.10 (SHORT), while the flange connection is designed for 150lbs according to ASME B16.5.
The Body of the Atomac AKH2A is made of EN-JS1049 / GGG40.3 and is fully PFA-lined to ensure excellent resistance to aggressive & corrosive chemicals. The ball is made of cast steel 1.0619 / ASTM A216 WCB and is also PFA-coated, significantly increasing the valve’s service life and reliability.
The stem, made of Duplex 1.4470, is also PFA-coated and, together with the PTFE seat rings and Package, provides excellent sealing integrity. The lockable hand lever allows for easy and secure Operation of the ball valve.
Additionally, the Flowserve Atomac AKH2A meets the requirements of the TA-Luft Certificate, making it the ideal choice for use in sensitive environments where leak-free operation and environmental protection are top priorities. Other lining materials are available upon request.
