Stainless steel gas ball valve: DVGW Certificate
The KH124G gas ball valve is a 2-way shut-off ball valve with full bore. As the Body and ball are made of stainless steel 1.4408, it offers optimum corrosion resistance and a long service life. The ball seal is made of PTFE. This stainless steel ball valve has a female threaded connection to DIN EN 10226-1 (ISO 7/1). Depending on the operating pressure, the ball valve can be used for temperatures from -20°C to +60°C.
The KH124G ball valve is suitable for use in the hazardous area, Group 2, Category 1 in accordance with ATEX 2014-34-EU. The valve has a DVGW Certificate in accordance with the Gas Appliances Regulation GAR EU-2016-426, classification to PED Category 3 PED 2014-68-EU, TA Luft Certificate to DIN EN ISO 15848 & LABS compliant to VDMA 24364. The ball valve is suitable for use with gases to G260, argon, hydrogen, biogas to G262, acetylene, and many more. It also features a fire-safe design and is silicone-free.
Automated gas ball valve: pneumatic and electric
As the ball valve is fitted with a mounting flange in accordance with DIN ISO 5211, fitting the actuator is considerably simpler. Drawing on our expertise in valve automation, we offer these ball valves fully automated with electric and pneumatic actuators, at no extra installation cost. Furthermore, we can supply them with additional control accessories such as a pneumatic solenoid valve, limit switch box, positioner, mounting kits and spindle extension.
