FLOWSERVE’s PFA-lined AtoStar stainless steel ball valves offer enhanced performance, reliability and safety. ATOMAC AtoStar full-bore valves provide bubble-tight shut-off, low maintenance, leak-free stem sealing and the safety of a blow-out proof stem. AtoStar ball valves meet ASME, DIN EN and JIS standards. AtoStars are ideally suited for use in the pharmaceutical industry and in the semiconductor industry. AtoStars are also available as V-control valves for precise modulation, or they can be equipped with a C-ball for internal dead-space cleaning purposes. AtoStar spare parts are interchangeable with parts from the lined Atomac ball valve product range. The AtoStar product series consists of six models:
AS1 with face-to-face dimensions according to DIN EN 558 (like AKH2 and AKH2.2 – DIN EN version) and flanged according to DIN EN PN16.
AS2 with face-to-face dimensions according to ASME (like AKH2 and AKH2.2 – ASME version) and flanged according to ASME B 16.5 class 150.
AS3 with face-to-face dimensions according to ASME B 16.10 (like AKH3 and AKH2A) and flanged according to ASME B 16.5 class 150.
AS4 with face-to-face dimensions according to ASME B 16.10 – short version (like AKH3 and AKH2A) and flanged according to JIS 10K.
AS5 with face-to-face dimensions according to Japanese Industrial Standards, flanged according to JIS 10K.
AS6 with integrated heating jacket for critical applications, face-to-face and flanges according to ASME.
