Flanged Ends ZV

Our piston check valves ZV116, ZV216, ZV226 and ZV236 are self-acting shut-off valves for applications at long-lasting and maintenance-free operation. Opening overpressure is 0,05 to 0,1 bar. These check valves are designed for application as self-acting reverse shut-off valves. Our check valves are especially designed for applications in hot water and steam circuits in power plants, heating plants, heat exchange stations, heat transferring stations and common heating applications. The piston check valves are suitable to use for water, steam and other liquids and gases, which are compatible with used material of the body and inner parts. Our types ZV226 and ZV236 are piston check valves with bellows, which ensures a hermetic tightness to the environment. Both valves contain a safety packing made of graphite and can be manufactured with a handwheel, in case you have to shut off the pipeline for some reasons. Please see our datasheet for detailed information.
