DVGW-approved drinking water ball valves: electric & pneumatic
The supply and transport of drinking water require the selection of specific components for the pipework. To this end, the German Technical and Scientific Association for Gas and Water (DVGW) certifies these components in accordance with strict guidelines. Choosing a DVGW-certified ball valve for drinking water therefore guarantees not only reliability but also safety for people.
Our drinking water ball valve type KH124W is a 2-way ball valve with full bore. Since this shut-off valve is made of stainless steel, it prevents water contamination from corrosion-related impurities. The valve has a female threaded connection according to DIN EN 10226-1 (ISO 7/1). Depending on the operating pressure, the valve can be used for medium temperatures from 0°C to +90°C.
Compared to our type KH112, this ball valve has an ISO5211 direct-mount design that enables direct mounting of the actuator. In addition to the standard operation via a manual lever, Fergo also supplies these drinking water ball valves with electric and pneumatic actuators, completely ready for installation! Furthermore, we also supply accessories such as pneumatic solenoid valves (24V & 230V), limit switch boxes, positioners, stem extensions and much more.
Type KH124W has DVGW drinking water certificate PN10 according to EN 13828 W570-1, TA-Luft certificate, fire-safe design & silicone-free. Whether for buildings or industrial applications – our drinking water ball valve is the ideal choice for reliably shutting off drinking water/water.
