Electric Ball Valve Stainless Steel – Precise Control for Process Industry
The electric ball valve type KH113 is a stainless steel ball valve with threaded connection and full bore, designed for automated shut-off and control tasks in the process industry. Body, ball and stem are made of stainless steel 1.4408 (SS316), the ball seat of PTFE with 15 % glass fibre reinforcement for increased mechanical load capacity and dimensional stability.

The electric ball valve KH113 is supplied with the J4C rotary actuator in 24V, 230V or 240V AC/DC. Pneumatic Ball Valve Stainless Steel – Powerful and Automatable
The pneumatic ball valve KH113 shares the same construction and material concept as the electric version: body, ball and stem in stainless steel 1.4408, PTFE + 15 % GF ball seat, PN63, ISO 5211 mounting flange. It is offered for single-acting and double-acting actuator systems:
- Double-acting: air-operated in both directions – for standard shut-off and control tasks
- Single-acting – spring-close (Fail-Close): ball valve closes automatically on air loss
- Single-acting – spring-open (Fail-Open): ball valve opens automatically on air loss

V-Port Ball Valve for Precise Flow Control
In addition to the standard full-bore version, the KH113 is also available as a V-port ball valve. The V-port insert (30°, 60° or 90°) enables an application-specific control characteristic and is suitable for processes requiring both shut-off and precise flow regulation.
