Durco T4E Plug Valves
The plug valves in the FLOWSERVE DURCO T4E series are designed and developed using state-of-the-art technology, making them ideal for use in the chemical process industry. The plug valves are available in ASME Classes 150 and 300 as well as DIN EN Class PN16 and are designed for a maximum temperature of 204°C. FLOWSERVE DURCO T4E plug valves offer maximum corrosion resistance and eliminate product contamination at a reasonable cost. The PFA body lining is firmly anchored in the body by machined-in and cast T-slots, ensuring strong adhesion across the entire application range. This makes the T4E series plug valves well suited for extreme operating and vacuum conditions. A large sealing surface guarantees bubble-tight shut-off. A secondary static-dynamic sealing diaphragm prevents leakage at the plug valve stem. Valve seats are never replaced; the valve is readjusted by quick and easy adjustment in the piping system.
