Durco Plug Valves
The plug valves in the FLOWSERVE DURCO T4E series have been designed and developed using state-of-the-art technology, making them ideal for use in the chemical processing industry. The plug valves are available in ASME classes 150 and 300 as well as DIN EN class PN16 and are designed for a maximum temperature of 204°C. DURCO T4E plug valves offer maximum corrosion resistance and the elimination of product contamination at a reasonable cost. The PFA body lining is firmly anchored in the body by means of machined and cast T-slots, ensuring strong adhesion across the entire application range. Consequently, the FLOWSERVE T4E series plug valves are well-suited for extreme operating and vacuum conditions. A large sealing surface guarantees a bubble-tight seal. A secondary static-dynamic sealing diaphragm prevents leakage at the plug valve stem. Valve seats are never replaced here; the valve is readjusted by means of a quick and easy adjustment within the piping system.
