Rubber Expansion Joint OG150 – Flanged Compensator with Steel or Stainless Steel Flanges

The rubber expansion joint type OG150 is a flanged pipeline compensator for absorbing axial,
lateral and angular movements. The rubber bellows dampens pump and compressor vibrations,
compensates thermal expansion and absorbs pressure surges – protecting connected pipelines,
valves and equipment from mechanical overload.

  • Nominal sizes: DN25 to DN600 (standard variants: DN32–DN300)

Three Variants – Choose Bellows and Flange Material

  • OG150-LEF – EPDM rubber expansion joint with steel flanges: standard
    solution for water, hot water, wastewater, air and aqueous media. −30 °C to +110 °C.
    Most cost-effective option for general piping applications.
  • OG150-LNF – Nitrile/CR rubber expansion joint with steel flanges:
    nylon-reinforced bellows (yellow colour code) for oil-bearing media, hydrocarbons,
    hydraulic fluids and fuels. Max. +90 °C (pressure-dependent).
  • OG150-SEF – Stainless steel flanged rubber expansion joint: EPDM bellows
    with stainless steel flanges for corrosive environments, chemical and food installations,
    and ultrapure water systems. −30 °C to +110 °C.
