Stainless steel bellows valve
The high-quality VG066 stainless steel bellows valve combines innovative design with maximum functionality and comprehensive technical expertise. Specially developed for demanding industrial environments, the bellows valve impresses with its welded, multi-layer bellows, which ensures absolutely leak-free shut-off. This means that even aggressive, corrosive, or toxic media such as ethylene oxide and sulfuric acid can be reliably controlled.
The bellows shut-off valve is available from DN15 to DN300 and is made of robust stainless steel (1.4408 / AISI 316) with hardened Stellite sealing surfaces and graphite seals, ensuring both durability and operational reliability under extreme conditions. In addition, the bellows valve offers a wide temperature range from -60 °C to +400 °C and features an ergonomic handwheel for easy and efficient operation.
Furthermore, the bellows-type shut-off valve complies with several relevant standards and certifications such as EN 12266-1, EN 1092-1, TA Luft according to ISO 15848-1, ATEX 2014/34/EU, and Firesafe according to EN ISO 10497, making it suitable for a wide range of applications in sectors such as the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries.
