Stainless steel globe valve: Fergo
Shut-off globe valves made of stainless steel are known for their excellent corrosion resistance, high strength and hygienic properties. Due to the corrosion resistance of stainless steel, these shut-off valves can be used in the chemical and petrochemical industry, in the food and beverage industry, in the pharmaceutical industry, in the water and waste water industry, in the energy industry, in the oil and gas industry, in ship-building and the offshore sector as well as in building systems.
Type VG450 is our own stainless steel shut-off valve with bolted bonnet and outside stem (OS&Y). Manufactured from high-quality stainless steel 1.4408 (CF8M), the valve offers corrosion resistance and stability. The gland packing made of graphite (TA Luft) and the body gasket made of SS304 + graphite (TA Luft) ensures excellent tightness and temperature resistance (up to 400°C). This valve is available with flange connections PN10/PN16 and PN40 in sizes DN15 – DN300.
