Stainless steel ball check valve — flange & sleeves | RB106
The RB106 ball check valve reliably prevents backflow of the medium and protects downstream valves and system components from damage. Thanks to the free-floating check ball, which fully opens the flow cross-section, the RB106 ball backflow preventer is also suitable for contaminated media—an important advantage over spring-loaded swing or wafer check valves. Typical applications include wastewater, process engineering, and cooling and heating systems.
The RB106 is available in two Connection versions: as a flanged ball check valve to DIN PN16 (DN50–DN300) and as a sleeve ball check valve with BSP Connection (1¼″–2″). Body and cover are manufactured from high-quality stainless steel 1.4408 (AISI 316). We also offer variants with different ball coatings—EPDM, NBR, PTFE and Viton—for specific media applications.
