The ball check valve RB105 is a proven solution for the reliable prevention of backflow in piping systems. The free-floating check ball clears the entire flow cross-section, ensuring trouble-free flow — even with contaminated or particle-laden media. This is precisely why ball check valves and ball check fittings are frequently used in wastewater applications as well as in municipal and industrial drainage technology.
The body of the RB105 is manufactured from the ductile cast iron material EN-GJS-400-15 (GGG40) — a robust, pressure-resistant material that is particularly suitable for use in buried or difficult-to-access piping systems. The ball is made of aluminum and NBR coated, and the lid seal is also made of NBR. The maximum operating temperature is +70°C.
The ball check valve RB105-D2ANOF is available in two pressure ranges. The version according to EN 1092-2 PN10 (Art. No.: 303-1006-xx) covers sizes from DN50 to DN500 and is designed for applications with lower system pressure. The version according to EN 1092-2 PN16 (Art. No.: 303-1016-xx) is available for sizes DN200 to DN500, offering a higher pressure capacity for more demanding areas of application. Both variants feature a face-to-face complying with EN 558-1, series 48, ensuring they can be easily integrated into existing flange systems.
