 FLOWSERVE ATOMAC AKH2A: PFA Lined Ball Valve

The Flowserve Atomac AKH2A is a PFA-lined ball valve designed according to ASME/ANSI standards. The AKH2A ball valve features a face-to-face dimension that complies with the ASME B16.10 (SHORT) standard, while the flange connection is rated for 150lbs according to ASME B16.5.

For excellent resistance to aggressive and corrosive chemicals, the body of the Atomac AKH2A is made from EN-JS1049 / GGG40.3 and is fully lined with PFA. The ball is manufactured from cast steel 1.0619 / ASTM A216 WCB and is also coated with PFA, significantly enhancing the valve’s durability and chemical resistance.

In additiona to that, the stem, crafted from Duplex 1.4470, is similarly PFA-coated and, together with PTFE seat rings and packings, offers exceptional sealing performance. The lockable lever handle allows for easy and secure operation of the ball valve.

Moreover, the Flowserve Atomac AKH2A meets the stringent requirements of TA-Luft certification, making it the ideal choice for use in sensitive environments where leak-tightness and environmental protection are top priorities specially when it comes to handling toxic chemicals. Additionally, other lining materials are available upon request, allowing you to customize the valve to meet specific application needs.
