Wafer check valve for high pressure

The RV120 high-pressure check valve from FERGO is specifically designed for reliable backflow protection in industrial high-pressure applications. This high-performance check valve has a face-to-face dimension according to DIN EN 558 Series 52 and is intended for installation between PN63/PN100 and ANSI 600/900 flanges. With its corrosion-resistant construction, available in stainless steel or super-duplex, the high-pressure check valve is suitable for tight installation spaces and demanding environments.

The check valves are available in various sealing variants, including NBR, EPDM, FKM, PTFE and even metal-seated options. They meet numerous international certificates and conformities such as DVGW, FDA, REACH, RoHS and WRAS. Depending on material and design, they can withstand temperatures from -200 °C to +450 °C. Thanks to their impressive performance, they are ideal for applications in the chemical, food, water and energy industries.

other variants and custom requirements are available upon request.
