KH122G Flanged Ball Valve for Gas – DVGW-certified to DIN EN 13774
The flanged gas ball valve type KH122G is a DVGW-certified gas ball valve made of steel casting 1.0619 for use in gas supply networks, industry and plant engineering. The Certificate to DIN EN 13774 confirms safety for fuel gases to G260/1. The 2-piece steel gas ball valve features a full bore for minimal pressure loss.

Sealing system and materials
The KH122G is fitted with the A-type chambered sealing system – standard configuration: PTFE ball seal, FKM/PTFE stem seal, FKM/TFM body seal. Alternative seat materials are available to meet higher requirements in terms of temperature, pressure or media resistance:
- PTFE + glass fibre
- PTFE + TFM or PTFE cavity filling
- PEEK or antimony carbon for high temperatures
- FKM + PTFE + graphite for an extended temperature range

- Electric actuator – 24V, 230V or 400V AC/DC
