The stainless steel check valve type RK101 is a compact wafer check valve for reliable backflow prevention in industrial pipelines. The body and disc are made entirely of stainless steel 1.4408 (CF8M), with a Viton (FKM) seat, making this stainless steel non-return valve suitable for aggressive media, acids, and elevated temperatures up to +180 °C.

Why Viton as Seat Material?
The wafer check valve PN16 with Viton seat offers significantly higher chemical resistance than standard EPDM or NBR seats. Viton (FKM) withstands acids, hydrocarbons, solvents and elevated temperatures – ideal for chemical, petrochemical and process industry applications. For other seat materials (EPDM, NBR, PTFE or metal-to-metal), the check valve RK100 is available in multiple material and seat combinations.
Stainless Steel Check Valve Without Spring – Gravity-Closing Advantages
The wafer non-return valve RK101 closes by gravity and back-pressure only. This reduces wear, extends service life and simplifies maintenance. The spring-free design is suitable for:
