Wedge Gate Valve: Metal-Seated Shut-Off Gate Valve
The VA206 wedge gate valve is a robust, solid shut-off valve suitable for a wide range of applications in water and wastewater engineering as well as in industry. Equipped with a rising stem, this wedge gate valve enables precise and easy operation. The use of materials EN-GJS-400-15 and stainless steel 1.4021 (Seat ring) ensures excellent strength and long-lasting tightness, even under demanding conditions. The VA206 face-to-face complies with EN 558-1, Series 14 (F4).
This wedge gate valve is ideally suited both for use in new installations and for retrofitting existing systems, offering a cost-effective solution for your shut-off requirements.
We offer a wide range of shut-off gate valves for many different applications. Whether you need wedge gate valves with flat wedge or wedge gate valves with round wedge in materials GG25, GGG40 or stainless steel, we stock these up to DN300. Our wedge gate valves are available with metal sealing as well as with a rubber-coated wedge, optionally NBR or EPDM. As standard, our wedge gate valves are equipped with a handwheel. However, it is also possible to equip individual series with pneumatic or electric actuators as well as quick-closing levers.
