High-pressure butterfly valve
The FH650 high-pressure butterfly valve is an extremely robust and high-performance high-pressure butterfly valve designed for demanding industrial applications. Thanks to its double-sealing design in a full-flange version with a bonnet, this valve provides reliable shut-off and control of media even under extreme operating conditions. Its high load-bearing capacity makes it particularly suitable for use in the petrochemical, wastewater treatment and chemical industries, as well as in power station and plant engineering.
Reliable performance at high pressure ratings
The FH650 high-pressure plate gate valve was developed specifically for high-pressure applications and is designed for pressure ratings up to PN100. Its design guarantees absolute tightness, ensuring that even hazardous or corrosive media can be handled safely. The robust construction minimises the risk of leaks and ensures a long service life – even under extreme conditions.
Minimised maintenance requirements
An outstanding feature of the FH650 is the ease with which the disc seals can be replaced; they can be changed within a few minutes with minimal effort. As they also function as flange seals, maintenance times and associated plant downtime can be significantly reduced. Optionally, the gate valve can be fitted with a deflector cone that protects the seals from premature wear – available from PN40 at no extra cost.
Flexibility and customisation
The FH650 is available in various nominal diameters, pressure ratings and materials to meet the specific requirements of a wide range of applications.
