The high-quality VG066 stainless steel bellow seal valve seamlessly combines innovative design with exceptional functionality, while also showcasing a high level of technical expertise. Developed specifically for demanding industrial environments, this globe valve not only meets but exceeds expectations by incorporating a welded, multi-layered bellows construction, which in turn ensures an absolutely leakage free shut-off. As a result, even aggressive, corrosive or toxic media such as ethylene oxide and sulfuric acid can be reliably controlled.
Available in sizes from DN15 to DN300, the bellow valve is made of robust stainless steel (1.4408 / AISI 316). It also has hardened stellite sealing surfaces and graphite seals, which together guarantee both a long service life and operational reliability under extreme conditions. In addition, the valve offers a wide temperature range from -60 °C to +400 °C and is equipped with an ergonomic handwheel for easy and efficient operation.
Moreover, this stainless steel bellows valve meets several critical standards and certifications, including EN 12266-1, EN 1092-1, TA Luft in accordance with ISO 15848-1, ATEX 2014/34/EU and Firesafe as per EN ISO 10497 and is particularly suitable for a wide range of applications in areas such as the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and food industries.
