Lug Type Butterfly Valve
The new AK211 is a concentric butterfly valve for the highest demands because it is possible to convert it nearly completely. Each AK211 is mounted complying with your request, with exactly the materials you need for your operation. Besides the standard body and valve materials, the AK211 is also available in bronze, aluminium and even Hastelloy. The valve seal, the so-called seat ring, is available in NBR, EPDM, and Viton, but also in silicone, Hypalon and many other materials. Our AK211 is also DVGW Gas (AK211G) and DVGW drinking water (AK211W) certified. All valves of the FERGO Armaturen GmbH are very easy to automate due to the standard top-mounting flange (ISO5211); we can do this for you, too. The AK211 is deliverable as a wafer-version, too, which is our type AK210.
In addition to the normal EPDM, NBR, and Viton/FPM/FKM seats, our flanged butterfly valve AK211 can also be ordered with different food grade seats, high-temperature/low-temperature seats, silicon, Flucast, Hypalon, Butyl, and many more. The butterfly valve with ATEX is also available at request.
