Flanged lift check valve steel
A flanged lift check valve is a highly reliable non-return valve designed to prevent the reverse flow in pipelines by utilizing a vertical disc or piston that lifts when the medium flows in the desired direction. Our lift check valve RV430 not only prevents the backflow, but also protects the system from abrupt changes in pressure or temperature. They are suitable for systems with high flow velocities, e.g. for water and steam applications. Manufactured from WCB steel (1.0619), this flanged non-return valve offers excellent mechanical strength and is resistant to corrosion and thermal stress. The valve disc is made of high-quality 13Cr (chrome steel), which ensures high resistance to wear and corrosion. The flange connection of the valve is designed in accordance with the PN40, type B1, EN 1092-1 standard. It is ideal for reverse flow protection in high-pressure industrial applications such as water supply, steam systems, oil and gas, and chemical processing.
