Wedge gate valve: Metal-seated gate valve
The VA206 wedge gate valve is a robust and solid shut-off valve that is suitable for various applications in water and wastewater technology as well as in industry. Equipped with a rising stem, this wedge gate valve enables precise and simple operation. The use of materials EN-GJS-400-15 and stainless steel 1.4021 (seat ring) ensures excellent strength and durable sealing, even under difficult conditions. The overall length of the VA206 complies with standard EN 558-1, series 14 (F4). This wedge gate valve is ideally suited for use in new installations as well as well as for retrofitting in existing systems and represents an economical solution for your shut-off needs.

Our wedge gate valves are fitted with a metal seal and a rubberised wedge, either NBR or EPDM. Our wedge gate valves are equipped with a handwheel as standard. However, it is also possible to configure them with pneumatic or electric drives and quick-closing levers.
