Wedge gate valve PN10/PN16/PN25
The wedge gate valve type VA 441 is specially designed for demanding industrial applications. It has an ISO flange (ISO F10) and a outside stem & yoke design (OS&Y), which ensures easy maintenance and high reliability.
Featuring a flange connection in accordance with EN 1092-1, form B1, with options PN10/PN16/PN25 and an overall length in accordance with EN 558-1, series 15 (F5), the VA 441 can be flexibly integrated into your pipework systems. The materials 1.0619N body and the 1.4006 wedge offer excellent combination of strength and durability.
This wedge gate valve is designed for a maximum operating pressure of 16 bar and temperatures of up to 400°C. The graphite gland packing and body seal fulfil the TA Luft requirements, which ensures reliable tightness at high temperatures.
Certified in accordance with AD2000-A4, PED 2014/68/EU and TA Luft 2002/VDI 2440, the VA 441 gate valve is ideal for the chemical, petrochemical, energy and process industries. With the VA 441, you get a durable and powerful solution for your shut-off needs.
